1. About Accelerate 2027
Accelerate 2027 is a fixed-term, nine-month group cycling coaching programme delivered by Njinga Cycling Limited. The programme is designed to progressively develop participants' cycling fitness, endurance, strength, power, climbing ability and confidence, culminating in the optional Accelerate 2027 Austria Challenge. Participation in Accelerate does not guarantee any particular performance improvement, fitness outcome, challenge completion or eligibility for a particular Austria challenge level.
2. Programme dates The programme begins on 26 October 2026 and runs until 12th July 2027. Training is delivered through progressive training blocks. Dates, testing weeks, recovery periods, calls and other programme activities will be communicated through the programme platform and/or participant communications. Reasonable adjustments may be made to the programme schedule where necessary.
3. What's included Your Accelerate 2027 coaching membership includes the programme elements advertised at the time you join, which may include: structured cycling training; TRAIN | FUEL | MIND programme content; strength and conditioning; mobility/flexibility; nutrition and fuelling guidance; mindset and performance education; breathing/breathwork guidance; performance testing and progress tracking; live group coaching/Q&A calls; live online team rides; organised Njinga group ride-outs and meet-ups; access to the Accelerate participant community/WhatsApp group; educational workshops and resources; and coaching support provided as described in the programme.
4. What isn't included Unless expressly stated, Accelerate does not include: individual 1-to-1 coaching; unlimited individual access to a coach; medical, physiotherapy or rehabilitation services; individual nutrition or medical treatment; cycling equipment; subscriptions or equipment required to access third-party training platforms; or the cost of the Austria Challenge.
5. Programme price and nine-month commitment The standard Accelerate 2027 coaching fee is: £149 per month for nine months. Participants offered the founding-member rate will pay: £139 per month for nine months. Your applicable rate will be confirmed when you join and will remain fixed for the duration of Accelerate 2027. Accelerate 2027 is a nine-month fixed-term coaching programme paid in monthly instalments. The monthly payment arrangement does not make the programme a month-to-month membership that can ordinarily be cancelled at any time.
6. Payment Your first payment is due when you enrol unless otherwise stated. Eight further monthly instalments will then be collected using the payment method provided at checkout. You authorise Njinga or its payment provider to collect those payments on their respective due dates. If a payment fails, Njinga will contact you and provide a reasonable opportunity to correct it. Access to programme services may be suspended while payments remain outstanding.
7. Your right to cancel Where you have a statutory right to cancel, you may cancel within the applicable statutory cancellation period by notifying Njinga in writing. If you expressly request that Njinga begins providing coaching services during the cancellation period and subsequently exercise your statutory cancellation right, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already supplied, where permitted by law. Nothing in these Programme Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
8. Starting fitness and participant responsibilities Participants are responsible for: providing accurate information about their cycling experience and current training; completing requested baseline/testing information; ensuring they are medically able to undertake the training; informing Njinga of relevant injuries, illnesses or changes affecting safe participation; using appropriate and safe cycling/training equipment; following reasonable coaching and safety instructions; and taking responsibility for deciding whether they are able to undertake a particular session. Njinga coaching is not medical advice.
9. Training plans and individual differences Accelerate is a group coaching programme, not individually prescribed 1-to-1 coaching. Training sessions, targets and guidance may therefore need to be interpreted according to your current fitness, training history, equipment and circumstances. Participants should contact the coaching team where they are uncertain about the suitability of a session. Njinga may recommend that a participant modifies, substitutes or does not undertake a particular session where reasonably appropriate.
11. Results Cycling performance depends on numerous factors including training consistency, starting fitness, recovery, health, nutrition, sleep, lifestyle and adherence. Testimonials, case studies and previous participant results illustrate individual experiences and do not guarantee that another participant will achieve the same result. Njinga does not guarantee a particular FTP increase, weight change, watts/kg improvement, challenge level or other individual performance outcome.
12. Progress assessments Baseline assessments and subsequent performance tests are designed to help participants and coaches understand progress and inform training. Test results do not constitute medical assessments and do not guarantee readiness for any particular event or challenge.
13. Live calls, rides and meet-ups Scheduled calls, online rides, group rides and meet-ups may occasionally need to be changed because of coach availability, weather, safety, platform failure or other reasonable circumstances. Where reasonably possible, Njinga will provide notice and/or an alternative. Participation in individual live sessions isn't guaranteed where circumstances prevent a participant from attending.
14. Rejoin Protocol The Rejoin Protocol applies where a temporary interruption affects your training but you remain able and intend to continue Accelerate. Njinga will provide reasonable coaching guidance to help you return to appropriate training based on factors such as the duration and reason for your interruption and your current readiness. Participants should not attempt to complete all missed training. The principle is: don't catch up; rejoin. Use of the Rejoin Protocol does not pause or extend the nine-month programme or create an entitlement to a refund for missed programme time.
15. Season Protection Where significant injury, serious illness, bereavement or another major unforeseen life event genuinely prevents a participant from continuing, they may apply for Season Protection. If approved, eligible unused coaching value from the agreed Season Protection date will be held as credit towards an eligible future Njinga coaching programme. Credit is not redeemable for cash, is normally non-transferable and must be used within 18 months. Season Protection does not apply to ordinary holidays, work pressures, missed sessions, temporary loss of motivation or simply changing your mind. Season Protection applies to coaching only. It does not automatically refund, transfer or credit Austria Challenge payments.
16. Austria Challenge Participation in Accelerate coaching and participation in the Austria Challenge are related but separately priced elements. Austria is subject to separate Accelerate 2027 Austria Challenge Booking Conditions. Joining Accelerate does not guarantee that a participant will be capable of completing a particular Austria challenge level. Cancellation of or withdrawal from Accelerate does not automatically cancel the Austria booking, and cancellation of Austria does not automatically cancel the Accelerate coaching agreement.
17. Classic, Grand and Epic Classic, Grand and Epic route distances and elevation figures are indicative. Challenge-level selection may be reviewed throughout the season according to training progress, experience and reasonable safety considerations. Njinga may recommend or require a different challenge level where reasonably necessary for participant or group safety.
18. Community standards The team and community experience is an important part of Accelerate. Participants are expected to treat other riders, coaches and staff respectfully and not share private information, messages, photographs or performance data relating to another participant without appropriate permission.
19. Training content and intellectual property Training plans, workouts, videos, workshops, documents, recordings and other Accelerate materials are provided for the participant's personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, distributed, resold, published or used to coach another person without Njinga's written permission.
20. Changes to the programme Njinga may make reasonable changes to training content, scheduling, coaches, platforms, calls, ride-outs or programme delivery where necessary to improve delivery, respond to participant needs or deal with circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will not make changes that materially reduce the overall programme without providing an appropriate remedy where required by law.
21. Coach availability Accelerate is delivered by the Njinga coaching team under the direction of Head Performance Coach Togo Keynes. While Togo is expected to lead significant elements of the programme, Njinga may use other suitably qualified coaches or specialists and may substitute coaches where reasonably necessary.
22. Third-party platforms Accelerate may use third-party services such as training platforms, video-conferencing services, WhatsApp and other technology. Participants may need to create or maintain appropriate accounts and are responsible for complying with those providers' terms. Njinga cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services but will take reasonable steps to provide alternatives where a material outage affects programme delivery.
23. Personal data and performance data Njinga will process personal information provided in connection with Accelerate in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Participants should only provide health-related information that is reasonably relevant to safe and effective participation in the programme.
24. Relationship with general terms These Accelerate 2027 Programme Terms supplement the Njinga Cycling general Terms & Conditions. Where there is a conflict concerning Accelerate 2027 coaching, these Programme Terms take precedence. Austria is additionally governed by the Accelerate 2027 Austria Challenge Booking Conditions.
25. Statutory rights Nothing in these Programme Terms excludes or restricts any statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

We will provide details of the applicable cancellation charge on request. Where applicable law gives you additional cancellation or refund rights, those rights will apply irrespective of anything contained in these Booking Conditions. In particular, where the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 apply, you may terminate your booking before the start of the package subject to an appropriate and justifiable termination fee. You may also have the right to terminate without paying a termination fee where unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances occurring at the destination, or its immediate vicinity, significantly affect the performance of the trip or the carriage of passengers to the destination.

Where the Package Travel Regulations apply, statutory rights regarding transfer of a package booking will apply.
8. Changes by Njinga Cycling Cycling in the mountains is affected by weather, road conditions, closures, local restrictions and other circumstances that cannot always be predicted. Njinga therefore reserves the right to make reasonable changes to: routes; distances; climbing totals; ride timings; support arrangements; meal arrangements; accommodation where necessary; the order of activities; and other elements of the itinerary, where required for safety, operational reasons or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where a significant change is made before departure, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and provide any options and remedies required by applicable law. Nothing in these Booking Conditions affects your statutory rights.
9. Cancellation by Njinga In the unlikely event that Njinga needs to cancel the Austria Challenge, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Your rights and the remedies available will depend upon the reason for cancellation and applicable law. Where the Package Travel Regulations apply, we will comply with our statutory obligations regarding cancellation, alternative arrangements and refunds. We strongly recommend that you do not make non-refundable independent travel arrangements until your booking has been confirmed and that appropriate travel insurance is in place.
10. Classic, Grand and Epic challenge levels Accelerate 2027 currently offers three challenge levels: Classic: approximately 300km / 4,150m climbing Grand: approximately 349km / 5,200m climbing Epic: approximately 415km / 7,980m climbing. These distances and elevations are indicative and may change as routes are finalised or due to road, weather or safety conditions. Your initial choice of challenge level does not guarantee that a particular route will be appropriate for you by July 2027. Throughout the coaching programme, Njinga will help you assess the challenge level most appropriate to your fitness, experience and progress. For the safety of you and the group, Njinga may reasonably recommend or require that a participant moves to a different route or challenge level where we believe their selected route is not appropriate. Such a decision will be based on reasonable safety and performance considerations and will not in itself constitute cancellation of the Austria Challenge or entitle the participant to a refund.
11. Fitness and ability The Austria Challenge involves sustained road cycling in mountainous terrain, including significant climbing and descending. You are responsible for ensuring that you are sufficiently fit and medically able to participate. You must inform Njinga promptly of any relevant change in your health, injury or other circumstances that could materially affect your ability to participate safely. Participation in the Accelerate coaching programme and completion of prescribed training does not guarantee that you will be capable of completing a particular route or challenge level. If you have any doubt about whether participation is appropriate for you, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
12. Your bicycle and equipment You are responsible for arriving with a bicycle that is safe, roadworthy and appropriate for mountainous road cycling. You are also responsible for bringing appropriate clothing, footwear, helmet, equipment, spares and other items communicated in the pre-trip information. A correctly fitted cycling helmet must be worn whenever riding as part of the Austria Challenge. Mechanical support is intended to assist with reasonable issues arising during supported rides. It does not include the cost of replacement parts or guarantee that every mechanical problem can be repaired immediately. Njinga may prevent the use of equipment which we reasonably believe presents a safety risk.
13. Riding safely You remain responsible for your own riding decisions and must: comply with Austrian road laws; follow reasonable instructions given by Njinga coaches, guides and support staff; ride within your capabilities; behave responsibly towards other participants and road users; and not participate while impaired by alcohol, drugs or any other substance affecting your ability to ride safely. Njinga may ask a participant to stop riding, change route or withdraw from an activity where we reasonably believe continuing would create an unacceptable safety risk to that participant or others.
14. Travel insurance Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory. Your policy must be appropriate for the activities included in the Austria Challenge and should include, as applicable: road cycling in mountainous terrain; emergency medical treatment; repatriation; personal accident; trip cancellation and curtailment; loss or damage to personal belongings; and bicycle cover where required. You are responsible for checking that your insurer covers the activities you intend to undertake. Njinga may ask you to provide evidence of suitable insurance before departure. Failure to obtain appropriate insurance may result in you being unable to participate.
15. Passports, visas and travel requirements You are responsible for ensuring that you hold a valid passport and satisfy all applicable entry, visa, health and immigration requirements for Austria and any country through which you travel. Requirements can change and you should check official government travel advice before travelling.
16. Flights and airport transfers Flights are not included. Njinga will provide details of the designated airport and scheduled group transfer arrangements before departure. You are responsible for booking flights that allow sufficient time to use those transfers. If you arrive late, miss a designated transfer or make alternative travel arrangements, you are responsible for any additional transport or accommodation costs incurred. Similarly, Njinga cannot accept responsibility for missed flights caused by your own travel arrangements, subject always to any responsibility we may have under applicable law.
17. Behaviour The Austria Challenge is a group experience. Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow riders, Njinga staff, hotel staff, suppliers and members of the public. Njinga reserves the right to remove a participant from an activity, or in serious circumstances from the remainder of the trip, where their behaviour creates a material safety risk or seriously disrupts the experience of the group. No refund will normally be due for services a participant is unable to use as a direct consequence of their own serious misconduct, subject to applicable law.
18. Unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances Events outside the reasonable control of Njinga may affect the Austria Challenge, including severe weather, natural disasters, wildfire, road closures, government restrictions, industrial action, serious public-health events or other unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances. Where such circumstances occur, Njinga will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and, where required, provide suitable alternative arrangements. Any statutory rights you have under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 or other applicable law are unaffected by this section.
19. Responsibility for the trip Njinga will exercise reasonable skill and care in organising and delivering the services included in your booking. Where the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 apply, Njinga, as organiser, is responsible for the proper performance of the travel services included in the package, even where individual services are delivered by third-party suppliers. If you experience a problem during the Austria Challenge, you must tell a member of the Njinga team as soon as reasonably possible so that we have an opportunity to address it. Nothing in these Booking Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
20. Problems during the trip If any element of the Austria Challenge is not provided as agreed, please notify Njinga without undue delay. We will take reasonable steps to resolve the problem. Where the Package Travel Regulations apply, statutory provisions relating to remedying lack of conformity, alternative arrangements, price reductions and compensation will apply.
21. Personal belongings and bicycles You remain responsible for your bicycle, equipment, luggage and personal possessions. Secure bicycle storage will be provided where stated, but participants should take reasonable precautions to protect their belongings. We recommend appropriate bicycle and personal-property insurance. Nothing in this section limits any liability Njinga has where loss or damage results from our negligence or where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
22. Accelerate coaching, Rejoin Protocol and Season Protection The nine-month Accelerate coaching programme and the Austria Challenge are related but separately priced elements. The Rejoin Protocol relates to your return to coaching following a temporary interruption. It does not alter the cancellation terms applicable to your Austria booking. Any Season Protection offered in connection with Accelerate applies only in accordance with the published Season Protection terms. Unless expressly stated otherwise in those terms, Season Protection applies to eligible unused coaching value only and does not automatically provide a refund, credit or transfer of payments made towards the Austria Challenge. We therefore strongly recommend appropriate travel cancellation insurance.
23. Complaints If you have a complaint before, during or after the Austria Challenge, please contact: Njinga Cycling Ltd Email: info@njingacycling.com. Telephone: +44 7533856647. Where a problem arises during the trip, please tell us as soon as reasonably possible so that we have an opportunity to resolve it while you are there.
24. Your statutory rights Nothing in these Booking Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or override any rights you have under applicable consumer law, including the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 where they apply.
25. Governing law These Booking Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from them will be governed by the laws applicable to your contract with Njinga Cycling Ltd, subject to any mandatory consumer rights relating to jurisdiction.
